  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We have the best sheepskin at the lowest prices. Since shipping varies by location we maintain the lowest prices by using calculated shipping. Just enter your zip code when checking out to see our low shipping rates. We ship items weighing up to 4 pounds (usually 2 pairs) USPS Priority mail which gets to anywhere within the intercontinental US in only 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 1 or 2 business days for handling times. Items weighing less than a pound, such as the #201 insoles may be shipped USPS First Class mail when shipped alone. For packages weighing over 4 pounds we ship FedEx ground. Please allow a couple of extra business days for FedEx ground over USPS Priority. At this time, Mill Crafters ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Mill Crafters ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. Tracking numbers are provided. Once an item is delivered the buyer must assume responsibility for it. Delivery confirmation is published online with the tracking number by the carrier. On international orders we do not receive tracking numbers unless they are sent Express which is expensive. Although we have never had a problem with an international order, buyer has to assume all risks on international packages not sent Express since we have no way of tracking it.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Mill Crafters is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Sales Tax
  • Mill Crafters charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. WE DO NOT CHARGE SALES TAX FOR ALL ORDERS NATIONWIDE. PA RESIDENTS ONLY; Normally shoes and apparel are tax free items when shipped within PA but not for items that contain fur. Therefore a 6% sales tax charge must be added onto fur items for PA residents only. If you combine an order for any fur product with an item that is non-taxable to PA residents, we will refund the difference upon request.

  • No Hassle Returns or Exchanges. For Up to 45 Days from the Date of Purchase: You may return your item (s) for a period of up to 45 days from when your purchase was made for an exchange, store credit, or refund. For refunds we will credit your original form of payment. All returned items must be in their original new condition with all packing materials. Try them on, on a carpeted floor like you would in a shoe store. If you wear them outside that will immediately scuff the bottoms, making them ineligible for returns. Buyer pays shipping on returns and exchanges. Fortunately due to our handy sizing chart, our return and exchange rate is below 3%. Store credits are good for up to one year from the time the credit was issued, and to the original purchaser only.
